Starting today the Testing Board begins active collaboration with the State Educational Institution “Educational and Methodical Centre on Questions of Quality Education” (SEI EMС) that provides organizational support for accreditation of specialty training in schools. The SEI EMС also provides expert assessment of academic and vocational programs in professional pre-university education. Many crucial strategic issues concerning medical pre-university education were discussed during our meeting with the management of the SEI EMС.

Having mutually agreed that active collaboration between the Testing Board and SEI EMС will be beneficial for improvement of medical education in the schools that provide professional pre-university education, the two organizations have signed the Memorandum of Collaboration and Partnership.

Within the scope of the Memorandum, its Parties will collaborate on organization of joint events, aimed at improvement of professional pre-university education in “22 Healthcare” branch of knowledge. The Testing Board will provide the SEI EMС with analytical information about the assessment results of students enrolled in professional pre-university education establishments. The assessment is conducted in the format of the Unified State Qualification Exam and the results will be taken into account during the accreditation. Other types of collaboration for improvement of professional pre-university education in “22 Healthcare” branch of knowledge are planned as well.
