What is the Score Recheck Procedure

The Score Recheck Procedure allows checking, whether the Examinee’s test result has been calculated correctly when the Examinee’s Answer Sheet was automatically processed. It is done by comparing the Examinee’s Answer Sheet with its Processing Protocol that is the basis of the exam score calculation.

The Score Recheck Procedure includes:

  • reviewing the Score Recheck Request (the Request), written by filling in the form;
  • checking, whether the original of the Examinee’s Answer Sheet matches its Processing Protocol that is the basis of the exam score calculation;
  • checking, whether the Examinee’s Answer Sheet has been scanned correctly and whether the exam score calculation is correct.

For the duration of the quarantine measures, pandemics, epidemics, martial law, or ongoing hostilities, the Score Recheck Procedure is conducted remotely.

Each Examinee is allocated 30 minutes for their Score Recheck Procedure.

During your Score Recheck Procedure you CANNOT submit your complaints or requests concerning:

  • the content of the test tasks in your exam booklet;
  • the exam organization and administration.

The Center of Education Quality of the MOH of Ukraine does not conduct the Score Recheck Procedure for the exam scores obtained by the Examinees in test centers that are not in Ukraine. In such cases, the format of the Score Recheck Procedure is determined by the test centers, where the Examinees were taking their exams.
