- The schools must determine the routes that can be used by the examinees to reach the classroom, where the Exam is to be held. The schools must also draw up a schedule, according to which the examinees will be admitted into the building, where the Exam is to be held. The routes and the schedule must account for the time needed to measure the temperature of every examinee and prevent the examinees from forming a crowd.

- The hand sanitation stations should be marked with a brightly colored and highly visible sign (banner, sticker, etc.), stressing the mandatory nature of hand sanitizing.
- Entrance into the building and participation in the Exam is allowed only while wearing a medical mask or a respirator:
- Respirators can be used without replacement throughout the whole test.
- Medical masks must be replaced at least every 3 hours or even sooner, if they become dirty or wet.
- No accompanying persons are allowed on the school premises, unless they are accompanying examinees with disabilities that require support.
- The seats for the examinees are determined in advance. The distance between the seats must be no less than 1.5 meters. One classroom can hold no more than 50 examinees.
- Additional information (posters, banners) about the importance of respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette should be provided at the Exam administration sites.
- During the Exam, it is recommended to keep the windows open (with the doors shut), if the weather allows it.
- Closing trash cans/containers for used masks must be placed at the school premises and marked with a bright and clearly visible sign “FOR USED MASKS AND GLOVES”.
