Anti-corruption and anti-fraud policy

To prevent any corrupt practices during the Licensing Examination, the Testing Board, as a governmental organization established under the Ministry of Health of Ukraine with the purpose of assessing the education quality of future healthcare professionals, assures the students and interns that any tampering with the test results obtained via the answer sheets scanned by a computer is absolutely impossible.

The Testing Board was made aware that in some schools an additional payment, allegedly for the Licensing Exam, was demanded from the students / interns.


Student’s / intern’s participation fees for the Licensed Examination are paid by their school, which on average amounts to 450 UAH per student for one exam session.

If you are aware of any corrupt practices taking place in your school, we insist that you immediately inform the Testing Board (use our email helpline, the school administration, and the law enforcement authorities.

Criminal proceedings can be instituted against the persons, who demand bribes of any kind from the students / interns, under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

  • Article 364. Abuse of authority or office;
  • Article 368. Taking a bribe;
  • Article 368-2. Taking a bribe of gross amount.

We implore you to take this warning into consideration during your training to become a doctor or a pharmacist.
